  • A unique account identifier from that provider
  • Basic profile details you choose to share (for example, name or profile image)

We use this information solely for:

  • Authentication
  • Account creation and management
  • Security and fraud prevention

We do not request access to your content in those services (for example: Google Drive, Gmail content, Apple iCloud data, Facebook messages, Microsoft email/calendar/files) unless we explicitly ask for additional permissions in-product and you choose to grant them.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information:

  • With service providers who help operate the Service (for example: hosting, storage, content delivery, error monitoring, email delivery, authentication). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations appropriate to their role.

  • To protect the rights, safety, and property of Collectos and our users
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will retain rights to your content subject to applicable law)

5. User-Generated Content and Visibility

Content you create may be private or public depending on the visibility and sharing controls we provide. Content you choose to make public may be visible to other users or the public. Private content is intended to remain accessible only to you and those you explicitly authorize.

We retain personal information and content for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. You may delete your account or content, subject to reasonable technical and legal limitations (for example, backups, security logs, and compliance obligations).
